The 1910 Final Report, plus 45 other rare, secret and confidential volumes were discarded in the 1960s from the Quartermaster General’s Intelligence Branch Library in London. The 1910 Final Report was found in the British Library, but it is in the BL due to an unlikely circumstance. We will do our best to find a copy, but it looks difficult.
